Google+ Launches Redesign

Google said it'll redesign its social networking platform Google+ and add many new options within the next few days.
The new cleaner and easier look includes a menu-bar, the "ribbon". From it you'll be able to simply head to your favorite Google+ service.
"Taken along, these powers create it easier to access your favorites, and to regulate your preferences over time," it says on Google´s Official Blog.

As you can see, Google have changed the buttons to be much simpler and the buttons now match the Google+ design. It's quite a small change but it really does make a huge difference. It'd be interesting to see if this new button has any impact on the CTR over the upcoming months.
We also noticed that you can now choose to add faces next to the Google+ button. I've not seen this before however it's something that hasn't been detailed within the announcements for the new design changes. Has anyone seen the faces option before? It'd be interesting to see how that impacts CTR too.
