Design
With its bold colors, intuitive touch-based user interface, and vibrant 3.2" widescreen display, this handset seamlessly combines design and functionality. The phone is available in White/Red, White/Silver and Black/Dark silver with change-able battery covers. The display comes with dark glass cover and the phone is mainly built of plastic. Below the display you will find three of Nokia's typical easy to use menu keys.
Key Features
The phone combines style with functionality with its intuitive touch-based interface that is a breeze to use with features like auto rotate and handwriting recognition. Access your whole music library, organize your tracks on your PC - all with a couple of taps. The phone offers easy access to your media library and favorite social networking sites, Ovi Store, and Ovi Maps. Manage your tracks with the enhanced media player and Nokia Ovi Player, tune in to your favorite stations with the FM radio, and access a world of music at the Nokia Music Store. A 3.5 mm headphone connector adds more to it.
It offers GPRS/EDGE support for network connectivity. Bluetooth and USB connectivity have made data transfer much more easier. Other than that it has a 2 MP camera with flash. Verdict
With pre-installed mobile games and your complete media library, widescreen video playback, on-the-go entertainment is always just a few taps away. It can be considered one of the best young and entertaining phones in the market.
The Nokia 5233 is what we have recently reviewed. The mentioned phone is claimed to be the cheapest Nokia touchscreen handset and a run through the feature list or citing similarities with the 5230 or any other Nokia touchscreen phone didn’t really excite us. So we have just scanned through the phone independently. The bundle simply included the 5233 phone is black color along with a power adapter, earphones, a fancy plectrum stylus, a 10 track Nokia Music Store voucher and the User Guide.
When you first pick up the device, you will notice two things.
First is the uncanny resemblance to the 5800 (Seriously, this thing looks almost exactly the same!).
Second thing is that it looks cheap. There is a LOT of plastic all around on this device. In our previous post we have already given you an overview of all the buttons around on the 5233 so we’ll skip that part.

- I have been using this model of Nokia since last 5 months and the touch screen of this handset is unbeatable. It has no comparison. Its gprs has good speed. the overall performance of this handset is awesome.
- Very nice, durable and stylish phone and guess what its a NOKIA. I agree that sound quality is not like micromax but except sound quality micromax have nothing to offer u. Those who does't like this for 3G, just spend some extra bucks and u will get it.

- Its cheap and offers good performance to its price. Touch screen functions well. What i very much satisfied with this phone is its internet purpose, i and could not believe.
- overall a good phone -compatible to the price, good looks-similar to Xpress music. no woofers though the video quality is better . i really appreciate this phone. I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE CAPACITIVE TOUCH INSTEAD OF RESISTIVE AS WE ARE GETTING IN SAMSUNG PHONES.
- I am using this phone since last 6 months. Touch screen is one of the best. Has push e-mail with 10 e-mail accounts. Gprs has decent speed. Only it lacks 3G n Wifi. it has GPS but no A-GPS. Sound is low but brilliant in ear phones. One touch multimedia features. Video n image quality are brilliant. videos in full screen seem awesome. only problem is you can install sis n java files. No exe or rar formats. But overall except 3G its brilliant....
